Anxiety can be overwhelming for children and teens, impacting their ability to focus, connect with others, and enjoy everyday activities. In individual therapy, I work with young clients to help them understand their anxiety, develop coping strategies, and build the emotional resilience needed to manage stress and fear. Using a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based techniques, I empower children and teens to recognize anxious thoughts and replace them with healthier, more adaptive patterns. Together, we’ll work to reduce the intensity of anxiety and help them gain confidence in managing challenges both in the moment and in the long term.

Neurodiversity can present in different ways across the lifespan. My screening process is designed to assess attention, behavior patterns, emotional regulation, and social functioning, with the goal of identifying neurodevelopmental differences that may indicate ADHD or Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), while also assessing for other potential factors.
Ultimately, the goal is diagnostic clarity and practical guidance, so individuals and families can walk away with more information and a path forward. That might include school/job accommodations, therapeutic support, parenting tools, strategies, or referrals for more comprehensive testing to navigate everyday life with more ease and confidence.
